Fingerprint Form

In line with the Catholic Church's 'Protecting God's Children' program, all parents wishing to volunteer must undergo a background check. Use the background check forms are required to complete the process.

Virtus Program Information

All parents wishing to volunteer at two or more events involving students must first attend a Virtus Program session; Protecting God's Children. A listing of Virtus sessions is available by selecting the Virtus sessions link.
